广东教师招聘：深圳外国语学校国际部招聘小学中英文教师

　　SWIS是一所国际文凭课程(IB)国际学校，教学语言为英语，教学课程以探究式为特点，追求卓越。我们鼓励学生在他们的学习中成为积极的参与者;我们诚邀家长作为学校大集体的成员共同教育孩子，共享学校的生活。我们的教师来自英国、爱尔兰、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰等英语国家，均为持有国际教师资格证书，具有丰富的国际教学经验，富有责任心和奉献精神的优秀外籍教师。

　　学校实行小班教学，每班学生人数为20名，由每班各自的外籍教师和中方教师进行执教和管理。此外，学生们每周都上艺术、音乐、体育、游泳等课程;每天上一节中文课。

　　中文学习在我们的课程里有着特殊的地位。所有在中国的国际学生都享有学习中文的便利条件。我们了解不同中文水平的学生对学习中文的需求有所不同，为此,我们的中文教学课程设计采取了较强的针对性。

　　我们的中文课顾及了从初学者至母语为中文的学生的不同程度和水平，具有有参与性、多层次、相关性、挑战性等特点。我们通过有效和持续不断的教学研究确保我们的语言教学法行之有效并且适合所有学生。

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Plan, resource and deliver the Chinese Curriculum as agreed with the Chinese Coordinator.

　　2. When directed to by the Foreign teacher, work with small groups of students, facilitate small group discussion, teach a lesson designed and planned by the Foreign teacher and assist in the preparation of instructional resources;

　　3. Follow the lead of the Foreign teacher;

　　4. Differentiate classroom instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles.

　　5. Explicitly teach ongoing and transdisciplinary skills.

　　6. Provide learning experiences that build on what students know and can do.

　　7. Support the development of international-mindedness and all attributes of the IB learner profile within the Chinese curriculum.

　　8. Use technology as a vehicle for learning and integrate ICT skills teaching within Chinese curriculum where possible.

　　9. Employ a range of teaching and learning strategies to promote independent thinking.

　　10. Promote and foster student reflection on learning experiences.

　　11. Employ a range of grouping and regrouping of students for a variety of learning purposes.

　　12. Foster a stimulating learning environment based on understanding and respect.

　　13. Empower students to take self-initiated action as a result of the learning.

　　14. Collaborative Planning

　　15. Collaboratively develop and follow a Grade Level Essential Agreement.

　　16. Attend and contribute to weekly Collaborative Planning meetings.

　　17. Work collaboratively with Grade Level Team, Specialists, the PYP Coordinator and the Chinese Coordinator to develop and document teaching and learning experiences using the PYP Planner and relevant curriculum documents.

　　18. Work cooperatively to complete tasks assigned within Grade Level Team.

　　20. Demonstrate open communication based on understanding and respect.

　　21. Develop and maintain clear lines of communication with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

　　22. Share responsibility with the Foreign teacher for daily communication with parents in the Communication Book.

　　Qualification Requirements:

　　1. Bachelor or higher degree with Chinese teaching license (教师资格证).

　　2. Exceptional English skills.

　　3. Prioritized consideration given to candidates who have experience in teaching Chinese.

　　4. Responsible, committed, ethical.

　　5. Self-Starter.

　　6. Proactive.

　　7. Willing to learn.

　　8. Hard-working.
